Delivery terms

Before ordering, please review delivery times, customs regulations, return and exchange policies both internationally and in Georgia. SHIPPING TIMES Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Estimated delivery time is 8-10 business days after order is shipped. Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to customs procedures, local postal services, peak seasons, holidays or promotional periods. SHIPPING INFORMATION For timely delivery, please be sure to provide a complete and accurate address and contact phone number at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in a delay in delivery. The recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and additional costs imposed by the destination country. All packages entering the territory of the European Union undergo customs clearance. EU member states individually determine customs and brokerage fees, and the recipient must cover these costs before final delivery. If the customer decides not to accept the order, the amount paid will be refunded minus a 20% fee. IN STOCKHOLM DELIVERY Delivery in Tbilisi takes 1-2 business days and costs 6 GEL. Delivery outside Tbilisi takes 2-3 business days. Delivery to other cities and villages costs 10 GEL. RETURNS AND RETURNS If you need to return an item, please note the following conditions: The return request must be sent to Ketevannescolletion@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging, including tags. Proof of purchase, such as a purchase order or receipt, is required. Return shipping costs and procedures are the responsibility of the customer. Once the brand receives the returned item, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. A $25 USD processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that it takes 2-3 business days to process the return after receipt. EXCHANGE RETURNS If you would like to exchange an item, follow the exact same process and indicate in the request that you would like an exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send you a new item. In the event of an exchange, shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE ITEM If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send us photos of the problem. DISCOUNTED ITEMS Items with a discount of 40% or more are not eligible for return or exchange. Discounted items for Georgian customers are also not eligible for return or exchange. ស្រានក
